1. About Apex Devices

Apex Devices ("we", "us", "our") is a South African retailer of new and pre-owned mobile phones, smartwatches and accessories. By browsing this website, contacting us on WhatsApp, or placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Orders & Pricing

All prices are shown in South African Rand (ZAR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Orders are only confirmed once we have verified stock, price and payment with you directly on WhatsApp. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel any order at our discretion before dispatch.

3. Payment

Payment methods are agreed with you on WhatsApp before dispatch. Goods remain the property of Apex Devices until full payment has been received and cleared.

4. Delivery

We ship nationwide within South Africa via The Courier Guy. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and depend on courier availability and your location. A tracking number is shared with you on WhatsApp once your order is dispatched. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

5. Device Condition

Devices are clearly listed as either New or Pre-owned. Pre-owned devices are quality-checked and tested but may show cosmetic wear consistent with their age. Battery health for pre-owned iPhones is disclosed on request before purchase.

6. Returns & Warranty

You may return a device within 7 days of delivery if it develops a fault that was not disclosed at the time of sale, provided the device is in the same condition it was received and includes all original accessories. Physical, liquid or software-tamper damage voids this right. Warranty terms for new devices are those of the original manufacturer.

7. Sell to Us

When you submit a device for sale to Apex Devices, you confirm that you are the lawful owner, that the device is not blacklisted, stolen or subject to any finance agreement, and that the IMEI you supply belongs to the device. We may verify the IMEI and refuse any device that fails our checks.

8. Trademarks

Apple, iPhone, AirPods, Samsung and Galaxy are trademarks of their respective owners. Apex Devices is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Apple Inc. or Samsung Electronics.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, Apex Devices is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of a device or the website.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of South Africa.
